Review: I do like it a lot!!!! It is very unique, and it goes with anything I wear, summery, of course, as I choose the white version. The only backdraw from my side is that the numbers are to small to read. But, considering my age -:), and the fact that I did not really buy it to "use" it as a replacement for the existing instruments whilst flying, I love it. It's not a tool, it's a statement!!!!

Very disappointed

Review: I previously reviewed this watch and said I would re-review it after it returned from service. It is back, and after speaking with Abingdon on the phone, I was told that the face was replaced and it glows (I was also told the orginal face glowed for them, so I don't know what to say about that). It was explained that it would not glow like those Timex watches (didn't expect it to), but it should glow like my Tag Heuer glows. The replacement does not glow either. I have had friends look at it, and it is as black and unreadable for them as it is for me. I am a volunteer paramedic, and hoped to be able to read the watch and under poor lighting conditions--I can't. It's just an expensive mistake.

Review: This is a beautiful watch. It is large, yet feminine. The calculator is difficult to read without my reading glasses, but that is really not a surprise at 50. My complaint is that the hands and numbers are not luminescent as promised. That was a big part of my decision to purchase. I set it under lights, kept it out in the sunlight, but it is black as night in the dark. I contacted the company and have sent it out to repair, so if it comes back glowing, I would give it almost a 5. The reason I'd keep it from 5 is that it is an expensive watch that should work from the start, but now I've had to spend an additional $20 for return shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation. The company should have covered that.

Review: Purchased this watch for my daughter who is completing flight school. She loves having a functional E6B watch that is feminine looking rather than the typical Pilot, bulky masculine look. This is a watch she can wear for any occasion. It is functional for flying and stylish and for personal wear. The minute hand came loose after just a couple of weeks but mypilotstore replaced it promptly and we have had no problem with the replacement.
