Q: are the batteries stacked plus side up on top of each other?

A: Yes. Make sure the new batteries are inserted in the correct direction with the “+” side down, the battery tray is inserted correctly, and the door is closed.

Q: How do I replace the battery?

A:

1.Peel back the rubberized battery door at the end marked “OPEN HERE”  and pull out the red colored tray. 

2.Remove used batteries and then replace them with two fresh batteries (3V, CR2025 Lithium coin cells only).  Make sure the new batteries are inserted in the correct direction with the “+” side down (see Figure 6), the battery tray is inserted correctly, and the door is closed. 

3.Be sure the door is replaced with the “OPEN HERE” facing in original position and there are no gaps in the seal (gaps decrease water resistance). Never insert an empty battery tray into the ReliefBand. Doing so may damage the device.

Q: How do you change the batteries?

Q: how many battery does it use

A: The ReliefBand uses two batteries.  These spare batteries are sold as a set of two.  So, if you order a quantity of one unit of this item you will be able to replace both batteries in the ReliefBand.

Q: IS THIS A LITHIUM BATTERY. IF NOT, DOES IT HAVE THE SAME LIFE AS THE LITHIUM?

A: Yes, this is a Lithium Coin battery which will power the ReliefBand for approximately 140-150 hours.
