Unfortunately the clock is not working; the alarm appeared to be working fine. I do not wish to give you a bad rating based on the defect of the product as your service was good.Living in The Bahamas it would cost me more than double to return it and so will not bother to do so.
I have had one of these clocks before as do several friends and they have lasted many years.
