Great for IFR flights

- Pros: Grips onto iPad extremely well. Suction cup is magical.
- Cons: The size of my iPad, thus size of mount needing to hold it is, bigger than you'd want it for a VFR flight. I've had to mount it on the opposite window, or not at all, to get a better view during visual conditions.
- Review: Was looking for something to hold my full sized iPad, whether it had a cover or not. I was frustrated at having to be reminded by my instructor to watch my pitch attitude, every time I glanced down at my lap to look over instrument approach plates. Being able to mount my iPad on the side window of a C150 (yes, it was IFR equipped) was a game changer. I could focus more on all other aspects of IFR flying.

Very solid mount for ipad

- Cons: spring clamp covers, volume control
- Review: This is a very sturdy and secure mount for the ipad, surprisingly robust even. Small improvements could be made to a) spring clamp covers and b) side mount arm hits right at the volume control, but only rarely causes an issue.
