I know some people had issues with seams coming apart but haven't had that happen yet. My old pair from way back lasted for several years. These gloves match my Alpha Industries Black Flight Jacket. Able to operate cell phone touch screen without any problems.

  • Review: Let me start by talking about the gloves themselves, then about the customer service.

    I ordered the gloves -the black ones for that matter- along with the finger led light that can be attached to it on the pointer finger.

    I got the package much faster than I expected, something like 48 hours after the order was processed.

    The gloves looked very nice in their packing,, tried them on and was surprised by how smooth they felt, the size was correct and perfect, and I can say, they can help a lot for the type of people who, like me, get their hands wet when they hold the flight controls for a long time. Another plus for the gloves, is that they are fire resistant, and shock absorbers. I highly recommend them.

    Now to the customer service part. I made the order on a Friday when I was in the USA, so the order took a while to be processed, and got the shipping email by Monday, I didn't know back then that Sat and Sun are weekend in the US !! My bad !
    Got the package, and found out that the finger light didn't work, did everything possible but it never worked. I called the customer service, didn't hold on the line for long at all, and the representative on the other side of the line was very polite and didn't take more than 3 mins to tell me "We're sorry for that, will send you another one free of charge to the address"

    48 hours later,, there it was in the reception, fully working. He even told me not to return the broken one.

    As well, highly recommended.
