Pros: low cost, holds ipad securely, sits well on knee.
Cons: Slightly cheap feel to it, needs a pencil cut out/holder section.
Review:
The cover itself initially felt a bit flimsy but it actually holds the ipad very well and is secure.
My only reservation is that I got the pencil for the ipad to use while flying so I can use Forefligth and the notes function, and writing is easier than typing one handed. This case does not have a space to allow the pencil to attached to the side which is the only way to charge it, or properly secure it, so I had to cut out a strip along the side to allow for this which has made it less secure. I have seen this case type on larger ipads but not kneeboard versions. The pad on the back of the cover used to elevate the ipad towards you works great.

Pros: Simple, Compact, Affordable, Comfortable
Cons: Using Mini Pillow Compromises Velcro Purchase on Pad
Review:
This is a good solution to mount your iPad if you fly helicopters or other aircraft that are small and cramped. I love that it's an affordable option that allows you to quickly and easily remove your device when not in use and that it isn't too bulky. It is also reasonably comfortable. I don't like how using the included mini pillow (to angle/tilt the screen up to face towards you) compromises the velcro's ability to get a good purchase on the pad. Without the mini pillow, the velcro feels pretty solid but with the pillow, it's "good enough" but still feels rather flimsy.

Good strap, poor case.

Pros: Great kneeboard strap and "tilt" pillow
Cons: Case doesn't fit. Are you sure it's for a iPad mini 2021 model?
Review:
I've got an iPad 6 Mini model A2567 that I'm using in a R22. I needed the slimmest possible holder to prevent the pad from impinging on the cyclic and collective and this looked to fit the bill. The good: the strap is meaty and will hold the iPad exactly where I need it. With the velco fastener on the iPad case, I can even slant the iPad a little so it fits the very tight spaces in the R22. The bad: the case that comes with doesn't really fit the iPad 6 Mini. It's slightly too big and the access holes don't line up, including the fingerprint reader. Good luck trying to unlock using that method. I'm going to try to get a $10 case from Amazon and then apply my own velcro to see if I can hack this thing to work. If not...back it goes!
