- Review: When I ordered the Captain's hat, I was told it was out of stock. One of the customer service guys went way beyond in finding me this hat. Time was important, because I will retire soon. I really wanted the hat for that occasion, since my old hat was completely worn out. Thank you, mypilotstore, for going out of your way for me.
