Good book with poor support by A Customer from Denver CO
Pros: Small in size, Easy to carry, packed with information. Cons: Comapny is VERY slow at getting you the first update and communication os not good quality. Expensive for the poor service they provide. Review: Love these flight guides. They are packed with reference material and in depth information. Pricey at first but the two free updates make it easier to bear. My only complaint with this is with the publisher itself. They are SLOOOOOWWWW to send out the first update (supposed to do it right away to get the book current) The first one of these I bought took over 2 MONTHS to get the publisher to forward the update. Made the book worthless until I had it. I had purchased the 2nd volume in hopes of a better turn around time and it is even worse this go around. I did call the company a couple times and with each volume I got the usual run around of "its in the mail etc" when in fact it was not. I would recommend this only if your willing to wait 2-3 months for the first update. Otherwise use pilot guide.

Lets hope the "Pilots Guide" series Moves East by ROBERT from VA
Pros: it exists Cons: it is vastly inferior to the Pilots Guide series Review: This, compared to the "Pilots Guide" series on CA, SW, NW., is a big disappointment. If you can, wait for the Pilot's Guide series. It is superior in all ways to this cheaply made product which goes into very little depth in comparison.

Better than an AFD by Ray Comparetta from Vero Beach FL USA
Review: Having been using it for years. Clear and crisp. The FAA's AFD is limited, difficult to read.

Sent in my update card over a month and a half ago, and still haven't received them ! ! ! by Edward from Islesboro ME USA
Review: The information in it is good, and easy to access. But not worth much without the updates. [Editor note: The Flight Guide manuals are updated semi-annually (twice a year). You will receive the updates upon the publication of the next edition.]
