Workhorse Flashlight by FM from Monterrey, MX
Pros: Sturdy, Nice finish Cons: A bit big, but OK Review: I bought this flashlight because of what I've heard of the brand. I wanted something sturdy and lasting. Also the fact that it uses AA batteries. My headset uses AA and didn't want to have all kinds of extra battery types. The 'white' light is very bright, useful for checking ice accumulation. I mostly use the 'red' while in flight.

Review: This product is first class like all Smith & Wesson products. Very, very well made, and it works perfectly.

It works for me by Jarid from Cleveland MS USA
Pros: ergonomic and sturdy Cons: rather bright and mildly faulty red light switch Review: I bought this for nighttime cross-countries and it works fine, except sometimes the toggle switch for the red LEDs takes a few tried to fully engage. Works EXCELLENT, though it may be a little too bright.

The perfect aviation flashlight by Dan from University Park FL USA
Pros: Not too big; strong bright light and dimmed red light Cons: No cons Review: I bought this flashlight just over a month ago and had the opportunity to use it only once in a night flight. It is a nice hand held light. Small enough to be handy and strong beam that provides very good illumination. I like the red light feature for viewing the chart.

Best Flashlight I've Ever Seen! by Terry from Pinehurst, NC
Pros: Size, brightness, holster Cons: Zero Review: This is without a doubt the best flashlight I've ever seen for a Cessna 182 pilot. Perfect size, perfect brightness on white and red, holster holds 2 extra AA batteries. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Good Flashlight by Steve from Baltimore MD USA
Review: I was looking for a small flashlight that has the switch on the side instead of the tactical ones which have the switch on the end. To me a tactical flashlight in a small size makes no sense. This Smith & Wesson works well. It could be a little brighter but is adequate for my needs.

Not too good for aviation by Alex from
Pros: Two swithes for different light colors Cons: To bright Review: Flashlight is very nice and useful, but a bit too bright for flying. Also, be very careful ordering. I wanted the red/white like it is on the picture, but by mistake got the green/white. My fault, but it should be more clear. Although I'll probably get an old MagLite for flying, I'll keep this one.

A little larger than anticipated. by A Customer from Okeechobee FL USA
Pros: S&W Quality Cons: A little large for intended use Review: The light seems to be a quality light, but it was larger than I expected and I really wanted the red lense. That part must have been my own ordering mistake.
