Quick health check by Gus from Las Vegas NV USA
Pros: small size and ease of use Cons: expensive Review: Very easy to use. Auto turn off excellent feature. Because of its portability and ease of use I found myself using it at other than flying times. Even though costly, well worth the instant knowledge and satisfaction.

by A Customer from Toronto ON Canada
Pros: It still give me a reasonable account of my oxgen level I hope, as I am not sure that this is accurate. Cons: I use it for medical reason & wish I knew if it is accurate. Review: I thought it would be a little more accurate & that it wouldn't take 2 or 3 readings. I leave my finger in the pouch while this is happening & it is usually the third reading that seems the most accurate. It goes a low as 58 for pulse & no oxgen level, then 75 for pulse then 64 for oxgen level, finally about 101 for pulse & 84 for oxgen. I half expected it wouldn't be that accurate when the cost of hospital oximeter is in the $1000. but I was hoping.

1000 hour battery crashed in less than 20 hours by John Baughman M.D. from Palm Springs, CA.
Pros: So simple even an M.D. can work it. Cons: Needs a battery and I can't locate one. Review: I am an E.R. physician and found this product works as well as instruments costing many times as much.

OK FOR A COMPARITY REFERENCE by joseph from lost springs KS USA
Pros: WILL GIVE YOU A COMPARITIVE READING FROM TIME TO TIME, SO YOU KNOW IF YOUR OXYGEN LEVEL IS GOING DOWN. Cons: THE READ OUT IS UPSIDE DOWN FOR THE USER TO READ Review: NOT AS ACCURATE AS I EXPECTED,COMPARED TO DR. OFFICE UNITS OF THE SAME TYPE. THE FINGER PLACEMENT INSIDE THE UNIT MUST BE THE SAME EACH TIME OR POSITIONED THE SAME. YOU CAN NOT LET THE UNIT REST ON THE TABLE, WITH THE WEIGHT OF YOUR FINGER PRESSING DOWN. THESE FACT'S KNOWN, IT IS FUNCTIONAL.

by Cirrus SR22 Pilot from CA
Pros: Easy to use, quick ready out, fits all shapes and sizes, light Cons: None yet Review: As we frequently fly in the low teens I use the Oximeter to monitor pulse and oxygen level to use supplemental oxygen only as needed. I also use the Oximeter to monitor my two year old sons blood oxygen levels when he has colds and are congested to add one more data point to the ER/no-ER decision. The product is very easy to use and fits all fingers from that of my two year old son, my wife and upto mine. I would recommend this product to all parents of young kids and all pilots operating frequently in the low to mid teens.
