Jeppesen VFR Communication Program on CD-ROM
Designed in cooperation with Lufthansa German Airlines Training School, this interactive CD-ROM describes VFR navigation situations and lets you test your knowledge with pertinent multiple choice questions. Every phase of VFR flight is covered (enroute, approach, and landing), and you can hear and practice actual English ATC phraseology while you take part visually and audibly in a typical flight from Bremen to Dusseldorf using Jeppesen Bottlang VFR approach and landing charts. Since this program is also used for the German BZF1 (radio telephony) license, explanations can be played in either German or English. If a microphone is available, you can even record transmissions and play them back.
