I would buy it again for IFR operations

Pros: great product for IFR operations in Central America
Cons: no VFR airport diagrams
Review: Jeppesen always has a good product when you are going strictly IFR and to IFR airports. The problem is when you go to VFR only airports, even though they are busy ones, there are no airport diagrams.

The Latin America Enroute Charts is a HIGH/LOW altitude series. Airways in question are depicted on the enroute charts. You need to be aware of the note(s) depicted on the charts for all aircraft entering Cuban Airspace and information published is stated on the pages behind the Air Traffic Control section tab.

Yes, Jeppesen Standard Airway Trip Kit for Latin America covers both Belize and the Cayman Islands. If you didn't need Belize you could save some money by getting the Jeppesen Standard Airway Trip Kit for Caribbean which includes the Cayman Islands but not Belize.
