Good Purchase

  • By Graeme from Lexington KY USA on Thursday, April 03, 2014
  • Pros: Very quick and easy.
  • Review: Of course, always having the right charts for your trip is key. This trip was no exception. Mypilotstore.com was able to get me the right charts to me in plenty of time to make my trip and everything was correct and accurate. I would highly recommend MPS to anyone looking for supplies. They have what you need and will get it to you when you need it. Thank you for great service!

Accurate description

  • By Scott from Fallbrook CA USA on Tuesday, November 12, 2013
  • Pros: Great product description
  • Review: I viewed this product on several websites and MyPilotStore was the only vendor that described exactly what the product contained. Good description and website. Not sure why the others don't tell you exactly what is included, but I wouldn't have made the purchase otherwise.

  • By frank from Fort Worth TX USA on Tuesday, November 06, 2012
  • Pros:
  • Review: standard regular Jepps.
No better charts for IFR flying, anywhere.

I would by this product again

  • By Russell from Rockwall TX USA on Tuesday, July 17, 2012
  • Pros: Extemely detailed and very useful on many levels
  • Review: Since this is the only Jeppessen product I have used, but have used it twice, i would say its great. It has all the approach plates and the SIDS/STARS stuff, as well as charts for the region, and a large section of regular information like a FAR/AIM. Absolutely chock full of useful stuff.

Monopolists cause high prices

  • By Jonathan from Omaha NE USA on Monday, April 26, 2010
  • Pros: Quality
  • Review: Jeppesen charts are beautiful, and thanks to their status as the only source for foreign charts, very expensive. A competitor to them would be very welcome.

Pricey but necessary

  • By Tom from Leander TX USA on Monday, March 01, 2010
  • Pros: contains the Mexico approach plates
  • Review: The trip kit consists of 2 enroute low altitude charts (I only need one of them) and one set of approach plates. The chart can be purchased elsewhere but there is no other source for the approach plates.

Great Product

  • By Greg from Tempe AZ USA on Wednesday, November 18, 2009
  • Pros: Everything you need to fly IFR/VFR into Mexico
  • Review: Being from AZ, I have been flying into and out of Mexico for 10 years now, all VFR. We had a trip planned to fly from San Antonio TX to Cancun, MX. I decided I wanted to go IFR, so this trip kit had everything I needed to plan and navigate--even had to use the included ILS approach plates into Cancun.

Everything I needed.

  • Pros: Complete - you don't need anything else for IFR navigation in Mexico.
  • Review: This kit contained everything we needed for our IFR flight into Mexico. We go once a year and this fills the bill for us.
