A must buy for every a&p student! by N587JM from Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Pros: It really helps you study your FAA a&p questions for the test. Cons: What cons!? Review: This is the best thing you can do for yourself as a A&P student, if you study the prepware and read the text you WILL pass all of your test. I read the textbook and do some "practice" tests, and on the real test or quiz days. I always get a high score. I wouldn't know half the things I do if not for prepware. A must buy, buy it now.

"Great study aid, Students can set it to their own learning style" by robert from Norman OK USA
Pros: General evaulation, I like the program I am looking forward to its further uses as I continue my education. Cons: As stated above the lack of option of being able to encreasing the display field has its draw back, when you are entering couculations, you want to be sure that the display is correct without having to strain to see your enteries. Review: In using the 2009 version ASA AMT Prepware I have found that the layout is good, the ability to review our choices a great addition. The option of being able to increase the text and illustration blocks would be a great advantage. Also an option of two styles of couculaters, the current style and the Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS which would meet the universal styles of couculaters in use, also increase the size of the display field for the couculations. Audio Readout Option On Demand may aid students in the understanding of a given statement or question/s.

PERFECT, Excellent "Career Saver". THRILLED A+++++++++ by Michael "MC2"; LAX from Los Angeles, California
Pros: Clear/Simple Install, Navigation, Test Results to "A+"PREPARED Cons: I will miss the extensive library of books, guides, notes. (of course, NOT~) Review: Very easy to install and so simple to begin, that i was initially afraid I had a potential "dud"; but for my SHOCK of the self testing with updates and more data than I could have dreamed for to be as best ready for testing than ever, PREPWARE should be a standard student tool from the beginning. With the 3 additional matching ASA, very fairly priced test books for additional BEST study, I have targeting my strong points and found a genuine weakness that encouraged me to repeat one 30 of 2500 hr required section subject areas; only to be as certain and confident of my skills. Everyone at my college and beyond, including my instructors are astounded at my laptop's study/test practice prepware; this has encouraged at least 20 other co-students to seek out prepware with the college's preparation to have full access for all Senior students to utilize an educational computer station. I hope the colleges will implement this to be a requirement alongside incoming students with tools, uniforms and books for the AP education for what would clearly be an optimum addition for the goal of F.A.A. testings. THANK YOU and YES YES YES, PREPWARE is a MUST HAVE for any AP Student. Regards from Los Angeles.

I HIGHLY recommend this software by Timothy from Liberty MO USA
Pros: Very easy to use, provides good feedback on areas that need more study Cons: Set up took awhile even on a fast computer, but once installed ran like a champ Review: I can't say enough about this product. I had already been in airframe for about two months before I bought the software. I hated the thought of having to go back through my books and notes. I installed the software and practiced over and over and loved it. What I like about the study guide portion is that providing a correct answer advances you to the next question. If you get an answer wrong, it lets you know the correct answer and provides the explanation. It made taking the general exam so much easier and quicker that I score 95 on the first time around.

Worked great for me, scored 93%. But by Richard from virginia beach VA USA
Pros: There is no way that you can fail this test, using this software. Cons: Not all questions were available to study. Review: This Prepware worked great just like the others I have used, but there was some questions that were on the FAA exam that were not on the Preware program. It was not enough to make a big difference. Still with the free updates, which ASA said there were none yet. All questions should have been available to study.

Catchy by John from Waldorf MD USA
Pros: easy to use, great format. Cons: overwhelming amount of information at first Review: I give this 3 stars for now as I have not yet taken the test. There is alot of information and after a month of studying I am scoring 70's and 80's on the practice tests. If I score that on the actual tests then I give it 5 stars.
