Review: Cheap and flimsy, wouldn't recommend purchasing them. Spend the extra $1 and buy the metal ones.

Q: I am searching for a plastic loose leaf ring that I will be purchasing in quantities of 1000 as part of a product intended for children. Are these plastic loose leaf approach plate rings separate or are all 4 rings in the photo attached at the back? I am looking for a single plastic ring to keep a set of flash cards together.
