Best plexiglass cleaner I've tried

Pros: Easy to use, smells good

Review: I own a Cessna 150M and use plexus regularly. I fly in the south where bugs are a way of life. I spray Plexus on the windscreen and side bubble windows and let it sit for about 20-30 seconds. The bugs come right off and the plexiglass polishes to a clear sheen. I also use it to clean the plastic interior trim.

Flying VFR?

Pros: Easy to apply, streaks evaporate to clear with minimal use of lint free cloth.
Cons: None noted.
Review: Transitioning from a trainer to my own plane has made me much more aware and appreciative of a clean windshield. Plexus Plexiglass cleaner in conjunction with the lint free cloths have given me a lot more confidence in flying VFR conditions and the ability to see without the bug spots and juice. It's also great for the pollen that saturates the windshield this time of the year.

Plexus Plexiglass Cleaner

Review: It's the best I have found. It cleans up the plexiglass windows on our enclosed patio quickly and they look great.
It's very easy to use, just spray and wipe. The last product I tried took a lot of wiping and then there were smears that I could not get rid of. With Plexus the windows are so clear that it looks like the garden has moved into the porch.

Corvette Bra is Protected

I own a Motorcycle repair shop and used Plexus exclusively for all our windshields/plastic/vinyl cleaning. Not only us but the many people who we recommended the product to.

Plexus is without question a great product but is it good enough to warrant double or triple the cost of other products. NO!!! Not even close.

We now use SC1. Is it as good? Not quite but it's less than half the cost for much more product with only a marginal difference in quality.

The last price increase was the straw that broke the camels back. It was already WAY overpriced but still they jacked the price again. Well they greeded themselves out of our market and the many many people who used it because of our recommendation. Now we and they are using something else.

Plexus, loose the greed and we will be glad to use your product again!

Plexus Plexiglass cleaner

Pros: Auto headlight lense develop a deterotive film on the outside surface that is diffucult to remove. Plexus cleaner helped some, but did not completely remove the film
Cons: Not abrassive enough
Review: The cleaner did help some what, but did not completely clean the plexiglass. I used the cleaner to remove film from my head lightlense. The cleaner did helpsome but did not remove the film. I applied the gleaner to the lense and to a cleaning cloth attached to a rotary cleaning pad and used to try and polish the film from the lense. The effort was not successful, but did help some, I still have some detoritave film to be removed. Any suggestions??

My new GO-TO cleaner

Review: I was washing windows at a house on the shores of Lake Erie, the windows had exterior tint that was spotted and a heavy build-up of grime. Normal cleaning procedure with scrub pads and/or chemical would have damaged the tint. Plexus not only removed the debris, it put an incredible shine on the tint.

Review: I run a small paintball field and have been using Plexus for the last 3 years. My wholesale supplier recently stopped carrying it so I found it here at mypilotstore. I was without it for one week and the guys that work for me at the field couldn't believe how much better it works on mask lenses as compared to coventional glass cleaners. Review: I think this is the best cleaner by far for use on lexan windshields and other windows on race cars. It was recommended to me by a builder and racer out of Norther California, and I have used nothing else since. Spray on a light coat, wipe off, then lightly buff with the other side of the cloth. The buffing is the key. Also, use a synthetic cleaning cloth for best results.

Review: I also use this product on my Jeeps soft top plastic windows. It removes the grime built up from four wheeling in dusty and muddy conditions without scratching the plastic windows and makes them extremely clear.

Poor as Cleaner Great as Protector

Review: I've used Plexus for years on the Eisenglass of my boat and its a great protector. As a cleaner it doesn't really work that well. A good example for me was to clean my laptop screen, you know those little pesky spots that appear out of nowhere plus the lint that builds up. Wouldn't clean the spots but using Fantastic (an Ammonia free product) and ONLY Bounty paper towels it cleaned up great. Then applying Plexus and polishing the screen it looked great and stayed lint free for a long time.

a product for speed, shine and windshield bug-repellent

Review: Plexus was introduced to me by my BMW Motorcycle dealer. It cleans without streaking or scatches, only leaving a smooth slick finish on plexiglass windshields, headlight covers,fiberglass fairing, seats, instruments, helmet visor and anything else that needs to be polished.  The bugs, birds and pedestrians won't stick to the treated areas. No streaks when your going into the sun. All I have to say this is an excellent pruduct with many uses. Even my wife has found use for it around the house, cleaning the computer and other plastic items.

Best Product of It's Kind - By Far

Cons: It's aerosol. Probably won't use all before can looses charge.
Review: More than met expectations. Completely restored rear plastic window on my '86 Corvette, to very near new clarity. Used on plastic headlight covers of other car with same results. Plastic takes terrible abuse here in Arizona. I wouldn't be without this product in the future. Easy to apply and polish. In addition, "MyPilotStore" has best price and excellent service.

Review: I have a 22 year old Alveras acoustic guitar that looks like the day they made it, thanks to this product. Everytime that I change my strings. (Every 7 to 10 days. When playing for money, every 7 days min.) I wipe my guitar down with distilled water than I just use your polish.I pay my way with music, so taking care of my "tools" is very important. I have 15 instruments that I use this polish on. You should make this stuff more acessible to muscicians. I discovered this stuff by accident.

I have found nothing better

Experience tells it all

Review: This product is the ONLY thing I use to clean my bikes. Its used on everything and everywhere I can wipe clean. The chrome, the plexiglass, the paint and the rubber. The PROs use it in their showroom, why can't I. It is easily wiped on and off, leaving the best shine. I just wish I could get it in a bigger can....
