 At MyPilotStore, we realize that a big concern for customers is the speed and affordability of shipping. We also realize that holidays and birthdays are critical, can't-miss deadlines. For that reason, MyPilotStore offers three different levels of service for shipments to addresses within the United States (Standard, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air). We hope this expanded selection and rapid service helps you choose the service that's right for your needs.  Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. MST are usually shipped that same day.  If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in the shipping we will contact you.

MyPilotStore offers FREE SHIPPING for standard first class mailing of all folded aviation charts within the US.

Calculating Shipping Charges:
To see the exact shipping charges for your order, just add the item or items you are interested in to your shopping cart.  Once you have added items to your shopping cart you will see the total shipping charges within the Continental USA for those items.  You will be shown shipping prices for Standard Shipping (3-7 business days in transit), 2nd Day Air (2 business days in transit), and Next Day Air (1 business day in transit).

These items will ship standard ground shipping within the Continental USA.  Extra charges may apply to shipments to AK, HI, APO, PR and US Territories, and shipments outside of the US.

Time in Transit: Transit times shown above indicate business days (Monday through Friday). For example, if you order ships on Friday via Next Day Air, you will receive it on Monday.

How and When We Ship: We ship products Monday through Friday, except holidays, via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and US Postal Service depending on the items and your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST are generally shipped the same business day. If an item is out-of-stock and will not be available for shipment within three days of placing the order, you will be notified via email.

Hazardous Materials:  Certain items such as Life Vests, filled Oxygen, and aerosol products must be shipped via Ground Service and are unable to be shipped via UPS Next Day or Second Day Air or outside of the USA.

Outside Continental US: The shipping options above reflect shipping to a continental United States address. Extra charges will apply to shipments to AK, HI, APO, PR and US Territories, and shipments outside of the US. For shipments to these locations, we will email you with the exact shipping charges and you can either accept or decline and cancel the order. No charges will be made to your credit card without obtaining your prior approval.
