Harrassing !!!!!! by A Customer from
Cons: harrassment! Review: phone calls from salesmen come to our house at least 3 times a week wanting to renew subscription. if this was the last magazine on earth, i'd tell them to shove it. i am amazed at the continued harrassing phone calls, all days and hours, to try and sell a magazine. i will never recommend this magazine and i make a point to tell other pilots of their business tactics.

Billing Department is worse than a Collections Agency by A Customer from Sacramento, CA
Pros: Articles are good. Magazine is well laid out Cons: Terrible customer service and rude billing personnel, especially towards NEW CUSTOMERS. Review: I signed my son up for this magazine. Within a month of signing up, I received 2 count them 2 PAST DUE invoices from Plane & Pilot along with a notice that my subscription had been placed on hold until I made payment. Never-mind I'd not yet even seen a magazine. When I called the billing department, they were rude and very un-cooperative. I paid for a 2yr subscription, and 15 weeks after making the payment (not signing up) I got the first magazine.
Lousy customer service from Plane & Pilot is an understatement.

I don't know how life existed without it by Shawn from MIAMI FL USA
Pros: Great break from studying while still conveying information applicable for pilots in training Cons: None as far as I am concerned Review: The magazine is clear and concise and with not too much technical gargon. It conveys feelings of real pilots and emotions that can only come with being in the cockpit. I would highly recommend this magazine to students who are studying, when they need a break from the studying and the flashcards and videos to just let go and relax and see why all our efforts are one day going to pay off and maybe just maybe we can write an article for this magazine one day in the future.
