I would buy this product again by Nancy from Franklin OH USA
Review: The light bulbs did not fit right into the plastic airplanes. The lip wasn't tall enough on the airplane. The bulbs had to be shoved into the airplanes in an area that I didn't think they should be. I had to do this to get the lights to stay in the airplanes. If this was correct then it didnt explain the procedure,

cute by Ria from TC, MI
Pros: The planes were very different - not all one kind. Cons: The white cord looks bad on a green tree. Review: The actual planes were great - but why on earth white cords? My brother the over achieving FAA guy actually covered the planes and repainted the cord dark green so that it would not show up on his Christmas tree (which of course is entirely decorated in planes). The white planes on a dark green cord look far better.

NOT WORTH IT by MarI from TX USA
Review: THE LIGHT SET IS NICE BUT IT IS A TRUE PAIN IN THE BUTT TO GET THE AIRPLANES TO STAY ON. I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN.

Fun cheap lights~ by Devin from Provo UT USA
Pros: Freakin cool Decoration, Cons: Annoying to assemble, and falls apart for frequent re-assembly Review: These are worth the money cause they are cheap. They are a pain sometimes cause they fall off. They are not mounted on the lights. The planes come in a seperate bag and you have to push them on, and can fall off occasionally. Fun though.

Squadron Lights are very cool ! A+ by Andy from Ohio USA
Pros: Unique Cons: expensive Review: I bought the Squadron lights for my sister & brother-in-law for Christmas. Since they are both pilots -- they loved them! Now my pilot dad wants some! Very cool product. Everybody loved them!

Unique but not hassle free by A Customer from Houston TX USA
Pros: Unique- great idea Cons: Somewhat of a hassle Review: I was surprised at the actual size of the planes. They were rather large. Also, it would be nice if the wire was green so that it blended better with the tree. I ended up stringing them on the stair banister. They looked really nice but the planes kept falling off even though we installed them correctly. Not a good idea for those with kids and pets that could brush up against them.

Squadron Lights by Margaret from Hollister CA USA
Pros: Unique Cons: Colored lights fade and can be hard to put together Review: This purchase was for replacing broken lights. I love my lights, they compliment all my airplane ornaments. It takes 12-13 strands to go around my 12ft tree.
Some assembly required and airplanes can be difficult to snap on to lights.

My boyfreind loved it but.. by Ruthie from pittsburgh PA USA
Pros: They made my boyfriend very happy Cons: not all planes fit over the lights they come with and they fell off. Review: I bought these lights for my boyfriend who is in the airforce and has a pilot slot. The lights were awesome! A very unique gift I must say. The only problem is some of the planes do not fit over the lights as well, the hole is too big so you really have to jam it in. That was the only complaint I have, otherwise they were great fun at xmas. You can place them over other lights and have them chsing each other for entertainment.

Very disappointed with this purchase. by Claudia from Houston, TX
Pros: None Cons: Cheap, worthless Review: Ordered two sets as a gift. Neither strand of lights worked, at all! Very embarrassing! Don't like that the strand is white. Very CHEAP looking. Tried the planes on a green, working strand of lights but they kept falling off. Not even worth the cost and trouble to return! No intention of purchasing anything from this website again.

Squadron xmas tree lights by Sharron from Pewaukee WI USA
Pros: The small planes are well done. All good! Cons: I'd like green wires as well as white wires. Review: I love the biplane and low wing airplanes. They are perfect since we have both low wing and biplanes in the family. I tried it with all white lights but switched to a mix of red, white and blue lights supplied with the string of lights.
I had to ream out the opening just a little so the planes would stay on firmly. Just used a pocket knife. No big deal!
Love them!

cute for a variety of uses if there's a family pilot by Shannon from Brentwood TN USA
Pros: great for theme parties, or just to decorate w/for any holiday; we lined a long buffet table with them Cons: snapping them into place is not always easy when changing bulb Review: Not easy to pop the "airframe" back on top of the light if you've changed bulbs; the instructions tell you to be careful not to break when doing that. I love that it comes w/red,white,blue bulbs if you want to switch them out, which we did for a birthday theme party for naval aviator/airline pilot.

Very cute by A Customer from South Carolina
Pros: Very cute Cons: A littel weak Review: We loved the lights. One plane needs to have its wing fixed, but no big deal. They are adorable.

by orcaslady from Bellingham. WA USA
Pros: white lights stand out against a darker background Cons: planes can pop off the lights if not handled carefully Review: I hung the WWII squadron planes Christmas lights between the livingroom and diningroom with other ornaments in between. Most of the men in my family are pilots and they sure smiled as they celebrated with those planes included in the traditional decorations.

by Tim from Conway, SC
Pros: Great service and solid quality. Cons: Sorry, can't think of any. Review: The lights were for my son Tim, a pilot for NWA. He loves them as do I. It is my intention to get two more sets for myself.
Thanks for the great AP Christmas lights and the wonderful service.

Pros: you can change the color of the lights, they don't have to be all white. Review: It was great, just added enough aviation to the Christmas tree without being to much.

by A Customer from Omaha, NE
Review: These lights were cute but some of the airplanes kept falling off. I had to prop them on the branches. It seemed the holes were too large for the size lights.

Now this is cool! by Joe from Denver, CO
Pros: Unique and original idea Cons: none Review: Given to me by my wife for Christmas. A neat squadron of airplanes hooked to minature Christmas lights! Very unique, yet simple! I can't wait to hang them!

by Debra Dors from El Cajon, CA
Review: Since I work in the Aviation Field the tree in our office looked great. I bought a second set of lights with a green cord so it would blend into the tree better. I think you should offer either the white or green cord.

by Kim from Virginia
Review: The squadron lights are a nice little product. The airplanes are made of heavy duty plastic and the interchangeable red, white and blue lights can add a variety. We strung our lights with clothespins on our clothesline, (straight line)for an outdoor cookout. After sunset, the squadron lights appeared to be suspended in the air, as if in real flight. It was a real conversation piece. I am ordering my 3rd set today, I've given others as gifts. Kim
