A tribute to the WWII classic airplane!
The Vought F4U Corsair was the first American-made flyer to reach 400 miles per hour in level flight. Its distinctive features made it a favorite for outperforming the Japanese during World War II. The solid metal Corsair Tornado has acid etched “rivets” along the barrel; the body is printed with the plane’s markings and trimmed with gunmetal accents.
The Corsair pen is finely crafted in solid metal that is acid etched to produce “rivets” along the barrel, and printed to recreate the markings on the classic plane. The pen has a lacquer finish barrel and antiqued silver trim.
It fills via standard international cartridge/converter and has a smooth-writing JoWo #6 steel nib. It comes packaged in a tube that doubles as a pen stand, along with a converter and two black short standard international ink cartridges.
The Corsair pen comes packaged in a custom tube, perfect for gift giving!
NOTE: Once this pen has been "inked" it is no longer eligible for return.
