These kneeboards provide a sturdy mounting bracket for an iPad and use
expandable loops to securely hold the corners of the iPad to the bracket. This
allows pilots to keep their iPad in a case instead of removing it for every
flight. The bracket rotates for both portrait and landscape orientation, and the
unique design is completely reversible for use on either leg. A heavy-duty
elastic leg strap securely holds the kneeboard in place, while two mesh pockets
on the side of the kneeboard provide storage for cleaning cloths, charging
cables, and other accessories.

- Review: Despite the description, this kneeboard does not fit a 10.5” iPad Pro (or similar sized iPad). The elastic straps on the corners are placed far too close to the center to fit anything close to the size of the actual kneeboard. The strap and rest of the design seems ok, although it’s tough to say since I could never actually test it with the iPad in place. Very frustrating, especially considering how expensive it is.

The elastic corner bands holds the tablet securely without interfering with the operation of the tablet. The only complaint for the Samsung is that there is no place to secure the S pen on the kneeboard.

I would say I am happy with this purchase.
The corners of the iPad fit snugly in place on the kneeboard, and then you strap it on to your thigh using an adjustable, easy click-in/out buckle. It is a firm, solid fit.
The kneeboard allows total flexibility in rotating your iPad to any angle you desire in a firm, not shaky, motion. Working on the iPad while flying has now become a lot easier.
To remove, simply unclick the thigh buckle and remove the iPad from the kneeboard. The total install and uninstall procedure takes less time that it took you to read this review.
Yes, I would buy this product again, if needed.
