ASA offers a solid, basic commercial test prep package based on recent FAA test questions. Each section presents topic-related questions with immediate feedback for incorrect answers.
I found it helpful to review the explanations for questions I got right as well as for my wrong answers. The explanations corrected what I did not know, clarified areas where I was shaky, and helped cement the material I knew.
This software is not a replacement for "lecture style" test preparation. But as a low cost alternative for pilots who can absorb material well from reading it (as opposed to the read & hear experience of a lecture), its a great value. - Was this review helpful to you?
