- Review: I used this mount on my Cessna 172N, it mounts to the back of the yoke, not the shaft. Much cleaner installation that using the shaft mount. The tablet mount rests against the front of the yoke for a very stable install. Great!

Ram mounting clamp

- Pros: clamp was correct size for the cross member
- Cons: Problem with interference from other items welded to the cross member
- Review: The RAM mount clamp was the only item missing in order to use the I-Pad mounting tray with ball clamp in my possession. It was attached to the cross member behind the front seat in a Stearman aircraft. The ball clamp and mounting tray attached to the mount clamp and allowed the I-Pad to swivel into view under the back instrument panel. This, in turn, was wired to ship's power. The mounting tray with i-pad can be pulled into view while in flight and tucked away for takeoff and landing.
