A great headset, but not so much when wearing sunglasses.

Pros: Comfortable and fairly light. Microphone position is easy to adjust.
Cons: The active noise reduction feature can't be used to its fullest when wearing sunglasses.
Review:
While I find the LightSPEED Sierra Headset to be comfortable, often times I have trouble hearing radio calls and/or myself speaking when wearing sunglasses. The active noise reduction feature works brilliantly when, once again, sunglasses are not being worn. Since I do a lot of day-time flying, this has become an issue.
Also, the volume control on the headset's controller seems to increase the sound between pilots within the cockpit to deafening levels while hardly changing the volume of incoming radio calls from outside sources.

Pros: Great noise reduction
Cons: problems with bluetooth setup
Review:
Very comfortable, and great noise reduction. So far so good. However, you cannot try out the bluetooth phone connection until you're in the airplane (that's not explained in the manual). Once in the airplane, the BT did not work for me. I followed all procedures in the manual. Still no BT phone calls. Frustrating. LightSpeed should enable the Sierra headset to be set up and tested for BT functionality at home.

Pros: Noise cancellation
Cons: pressure on the ears
Review:
The noise cancellations is good but there is tremendous pressure on your ears, even with the full expansion of the arc.

Nice Noise Reduction but not comfortable

Pros: Nose reduction
Cons: uncomfortable
Review:
Does not fit as comfortably as the Bose A20 but of course there is a price difference. The band across the top of the head is not long enough to make the fit comfortable on the head. The LightSpeed Sierra has great noise reduction.

Pros: Noise canceling works well
Cons: Material seems to be coming apart
Review:
This headset seems to work well but the plastic and rubber components on it are coming apart and getting sticky to the point that I don't want to use it anymore these are expensive headsets and it's sad to see the quality of the material going bad
