- Review: Finding the perfect checklist is challenging. I know. I tried to create one myself. What should you include? How whould it be presented? What's the right color, font size etc. I created a series of checklists from the POH and lesson's learned. So many that they started to resemble the POH! THe CheckMate checklist contains the pratical and important information on one sheet. Comprehensive and easy to follow throughout the planning and flying stages. Also it includes emergency procedures and aircraft limitations as well. I find myself becoming more disciplined in folliwng the checklist as a result. A best practice for everyone to follow. I keep it with as part of my inflight on my lap kit. In event of an emergency, its right there no searching. Great product, sturdy, easy to read and comprehensive.
