- Review: This throttle unit completes my total CH Products HOTAS system. I finally decided to go all CH as a few of my flight sims had difficulty trying to mix units by different manufacturers. The CH software allows combining the throttle, joystick, and rudder pedals into one virtual unit as seen by the computer. While the exterior is plastic, all of the internal parts should last for years and years based on my experience with CH in the past.

- Review: I have had one of these for just over 10 years. I finally started having an issue with it disconnecting. I bought a new one so I could send my 10 year old controller in to be repaired. These stand up to a lot of abuse / hard play. I highly recommend CH controllers I also have a Fighter Stick and Pro pedals.

Throttle works great. All the buttons worked. The 3 of the 4 hats worked great. The 1 little joystick works good.
The hat on the front of the throttle was hard to use at first. up/down/left all worked fine but right was very hard to get to work. I would have to press it several times to get it to work once. After using it for about 3 weeks it has loosened up and now it works too. Still needs a little bit more loosening but its only problematic occasionally now.
I really like the throttle.
I wish it had detents for different throttle positions. Like if you opened it up and you could put something in the path that made a point where the throttle movement would stall or something. - Pros: Good ergonomics, sturdy material
- Cons: Rubber feet slightly uneven. Throttle (Z) Axis lack full range in calibration (unable to go below 13 for mininum value)
- Review: Product is well designed with strong community support. Plug and Play in Windows 7 64-bit. However, the Throttle Axis is slightly off calibration, even with "short calibration" routine. Z-Axis value will not go under 13 at maximum throttle setting. This causes Star Citizen to unable reach maximum speed.
