Review: While I enjoy the Clarity Aloft headsets, the ear plugs need to be changed from time to time. I originally was able to obtain the grey colored slim tips that are not as optically offensive at the bright orange one sent to me by MyPilotStore. Although I ordered the grey tips, but they shipped me the orange. When I asked them to fix it, they refused and will not seek the more stylish grey tips.
