I'm not a gamer, but it seems that most joysticks are set up for kids pretending to fly combat aircraft. For a real world pilot, this equates to throttle on the left, forcing the CH user to assign the throttle to the keyboard (I used up/down arrows) so that the stick may be operated with the left hand. Needless to say, very poor throttle performance with Flight Simulator X.
