- Pros: The book is well laid out and easy to understand.
- Cons: Could be more concise in places.
- Review: I haven't flown in the mountains yet, but the book provided information that was very helpful for "flatland" flying in the central plains. The sections on weather and icing were very informative. The matter of fact style and rules of thumb are great. Imeson get to be right next to Kershner on the book shelf.
