  • Review: Realized on Sunday 1/1/23, New Year's Day, that I needed a new Windsock for my pond. Found out the company I bought it from had gone out of business. Searched for Windsocks and found this item. Called 800 number on Sunday 1/!/23 knowing they would be closed. The recording did give an email address and I emailed them on New Year's Day. Got an e mail from them on 1/2/23 confirming they had the Windsock I needed. Placed my order on 1/2/23 and received it the following Friday. Windsock is flying today 1/7/23. Excellent customer service and the product seems superior to the one I replaced if the size of the zip ties means anything. Hopefully My Pilot will be there the next time I need them
