- Review: I bought this head set because I was having to rent one each time I flew for training. For the price you cant beat it. The music and phone reception with bluetooth is great. Bluetooth holds charge and connects easily. I would recommend this headset to anyone for training or as a back up. (you will want the comfort pad for the head though, totally worth it for $25 extra)

I did all the research online about the best headsets, anr vs pnr, bluetooth or not, bells and whistles etc. out of the box I hooked this up to my cell phone and it sounded fantastic. Just flew with it today, and I didnt even know it was on my head (I bought the gel ear seals and head pad comfort kit) and it was unbelievable. I wasn't able to wear sunglasses in the past with other headsets because it pinched but this one was great....again, didnt even know it was there. Exactly as advertised out of the box! Do not over look this headset when looking to purchase a new headset. I got the name of Rugged Radios from plane and pilot magazine....they did a whole issue based on buying the right headset. I've worn Bose, Lightspeed and David Clark and this headset is much more comfortable, though David Clark is the next best in my opinion. Fantastic product. Also , buy from this website because it is a bit cheaper than the rugged radio website.
