- Pros: Utility, simplicity, and elegance
- Review: This product completely met my expectations and requirements. The case holds the iPad snugly, and I have simply left it installed full time; that Velcro pad on the back is no impediment to day-to-day use. I have found the leg strap to be very adjustable and a comfortable and convenient fit. The Velcro connection is strong, and handled turbulence without difficulty. The included anti-glare wedges are definitely needed, and are simple and work well. The unit is a little pricy, but honestly, all of the tablet kneeboard systems are. I have no trouble with clearance in a C172 cockpit, but could envision the iPad being a tight fit in a little experimental. The only challenge with this unit is that there is no real way to affix traditional charts/notepads to the kneeboard. A piece of paper and pencil stored in your flight bag, or foreflight's note-taking function do fairly well as alternatives, however.
