Many good things to say, but here are some that need work for a future design. I would buy it again as is.
1) Really could use a hole for the camera.
2) Volume on Ipad3 is covered and hard to get to.
3) Could use a charging slot on top so the kneeboard could be left or right oriented.

The leather quality is really good. I have some other guys that bought different kinds of knee pad from sports and now they wish they had got what I have.
