Q: Fantastic pen! But how do we get the pen point out of the tip so we can write with it? I can pull off the tip of the pen to access the ink point but cannot get the ink point to stay out to enable writing.
A: To get the pen tip out, simply rotate the bottom portion of the pen that has the grooves and is located below the ruler.

Q: Very well-made pen but how do I reverse the screwdriver tip?
A: If you unscrew the top that has the soft stylus cap, you will find the screwdriver. To switch from slotted to Phillips head just pull up on the screwdriver and it will pop out and then you can rotate and re-insert the tip. Sometimes it helps to first push down slightly before pulling it up and out.
