Having read all the reviews on this site about this product I was expecting to have problems with the zipper but surprised none were encountered. I love this jacket. I had a similar flight jacket many years ago and this one is identical in that it's not too bulky and keeps you nice and toasty. I really couldn't find anything negative to mention. Performance - great
Fit - I ordered this slightly larger than necessary to enable layering and as such I believe that this is true to size
