The unit was a little difficult to slide into the old radio. It required the use of silicon spray to allow it to slide into the rails of the radio.

- Cons: NO swap out for old battery.
- Review: Product was as described, as others had described a little difficult to put on and take off but a little silicone on the tracks took care of that. Holds a charge very well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because they don't offer a swap of some sort for the old battery.

- Review: This battery has more capacity with newer technology than the origional one. The color is slightly off and does not match the radio exactly. Not a big issue. It fit the radio snugly, but not a problem. It does not have the memory effect that the old Ni Cad battery had.
