The cloth is much thinner than it used to be and the button threading is about 1/2 of what is needed for long term use. With tweaking, it's still a good shirt for the money, but is NOT what it was just a few years ago!

This shirt fit like I expected and met all my requirements. I would have preferred that it did not have the holes for wings though since I do not wear them normally on that part of my shirt. And I would prefer that the pockets be fake button down so that they appear to be button down but are easy to open with the button just sewn on to the pocket. Opening that pocket in flight is a pain with the button locking it down, and my shoulder harness blocking it further. An extra nice feature would be pen pockets on the sleeve.
