- Review: The clip is difficult to close around the shirt collar. I really have to squeeze to make it stay closed. But, that could be this particular tie; I haven't had this problem before. Otherwise, it does what it is designed to do. The length is perfect for under 6-footers--regular ties hang down below my belt.
