Reduction NoiseGard™.
The Sennheiser HMEC-26T series headsets feature:

The Sennheiser HMEC-26 series headset is available in a number of
configurations to suit your individual requirements and needs:
- Sennheiser
HMEC-26-B-K (mono, uses the standard dual plugs
(PJ-055 / PJ-068) found on most commercial aircraft)
- Sennheiser
HMEC-26-BV-K (stereo/mono, dual volume controls, cell phone and audio
inputs, uses the standard dual plugs (PJ-055 / PJ-068) found on most
commercial aircraft)
- Sennheiser
HMEC-26-KP (microphone tip powered for ANR - aircraft must be specially
wired to be utilized)
- Sennheiser
HMEC-26-CP (uses a 5-pin XLR for microphone, headphone, and power.
Aircraft must be 28 volt electrical system and specifically wired with an
XLR connector)
- Sennheiser
HMEC-26-V-RP (uses a 6-pin Redel connector for microphone, headphone,
and power. Aircraft must be specifically wired with a Redel connector)

I would buy this product again by A Customer from Lisbon, Portugal
Pros: Silence cockpit Cons: Sometimes its difficult to listen either the First Officer or Chief Purser, even using the talk through. Review: I should say its quite good. It is what I was expecting for.

Q: does this product come with a set of G.A plugs, or does the G.A plugs/cord have to be purchased separately?
A:
Yes, this includes the cable assembly that has the standard dual fixed wing plus that are described first on our Aviation Headset Connectors page.

Q: What is the difference in the mono and stereo versions? i wil be flying a 737-800ng what would be best.
A:
The "T" series has both a stereo and a mono version available. The
HMEC-26-T Stereo version has dual volume controls and has a cell phone and audio input. It will also allow you to listen to music and provide stereo separation in the left and right ears. The
HMEC-26-T Mono version has a single volume control and does not have the cell phone or audio inputs.

Yes, this is a "Flip-away" headphone that allows single or dual sided listening.
