Tuesday, March 16, 2010 Great Cutomer Service by Hugo from Shreveport LA USA  Pros: Customer service awesome Cons: United States Government Services Suck--big surprise. Review: Ordered the product on January 20, 2010 based on reviews in pilot mags about how great these new charts were. USPS lost the package, so as of today, March 16, 2010, I still don't have it. However, when I called customer service today about the problem, they immediately advised they would ship another--in other words, they trust their customers. Prompt, courteous, and efficient.
