Cons: Not everyone can pay 45 bucks for software. haha Review: For those of us that just can't always make it to our schools to take "practice tests," because of odd work schedules, or otherwise, this program is just plain the most effective way to excel in your studies. Since it is the exact same test you will be given by the FAA, there is no going wrong. It's not only a good memorization tool, it is also an excellent learning tool. I found myself answering other students' questions nearly lightning fast because of the constant repetition of the study sessions. I don't want to become one of those pilots that just "memorizes" answers to things without having knowledge of the subject, and the more I study with Prepware, the more knowledgeable I become, on even more than the rote level. Review: This software was perfect, it looks and ask questions just like the real test. After going through the videos and books, i honestly felt comfortable taking the test, but since i got the software i said to myself, i better see what i could score, the first time i got an 88% on the software practice test and then by using it as a test guide, taking test after test after test, i was hitting high 90's and then i decided to take the real FOI, i scored 100% and then a day later i took the CFI 96%, i missed 4 question beacuse i was very tired that day but im sure anyone else with a cool head can make it to the 100%. If you are in doubt, trust me you will not be disapointed. TRY IT!it's well worth it. On Monday, December 12, 2011 a customer asked: Q: On your CFI prepware, do you have the questions listed for the DE Exam? I understand they are in the book but what about also on the software? Can I view these questions on my iPad? Do you sell the DE questions only? A: Yes, this does include the questions for the DE exam.  This can only be run on Windows or Mac but not on the iPad.  When you install the software you will be able to specify that you only want to see the DE questions. On Sunday, January 24, 2010 a customer asked: Q: I would like to study for the 25 question add on CFI glider test. Can this software be configured to study only the glider test question bank? Is so, how many questions are in the bank and is the book necessary as well? Thank you A: The practice tests can be configured to be any length and on any specific topic or combination of topics. We do not have the exact amount of questions in the glider test bank, however the book is not necessary as all information and figures are included in the software itself.
