Tuesday, February 07, 2012 Mixed review, -- Look before you leap ! by John Crable from Phoenix AZ USA  Pros: Good information, -- what there is of it ! Cons: Video quality leaves much to desire ! Review: The video quality is generally quite poor, but the systems information is relatively good. I've used Hayes / Nolly systems reviews in the airlines, before. They provide for a good systems review, but are not up to snuff in the areas of video resolution or quality. You would think they'd be somewhat improved by now, given the number of years they've marketed their products. They tend to be a bit pricey, considering the deficiencies. On this particular DVD, the last 1/3 of the systems were not even included on the DVD, ( Air Conditioning and Pressurization were missing / cut off, altogether ). Jetsystemsonline.com does an exceptional job with their systems training, offering a much more comprehensive and modern method of instruction. Monday, June 21, 2010 Faulty DVD but 5 stars on distribution by Donald E. Scott from Bremen OH USA  Pros: 5 Star Distribution Cons: Faulty DVD Review: My Pilot Store gets a 5 for distribution of product. The DVD was faulty. The 1st one mailed only had 1/2 information on it & the 2nd one was ok. Although myself & the other pilots I invited to watch it all had ADS (Attention Deficit Syndrome) due to the poor quality of the systems charts that you could not see on a big screen & the pace of the instructor. However, when we sped up the dvd to 1.25 speed, A.D.S. on all pilots went away, (True story!)Thanks to your response to faulty dvd. The 1st one will be immediately mailed back. Review: The instructor is very boring and dry. He only teaches Citation I info so many of the numbers are useless for other Citation series plane.
