A rag tag collection of film clips by Conrad from Calgary Alberta
Pros: Some good aerial footage of the fighters. Some pieces were informative, such as coverage of the F-22 and F-35. (But these were very short pieces.) Cons: Very disjointed and lacking cohesion. Little explanation about what you were viewing. Review: I was very disappointed in this collection. Much of the coverage was simply archived film patched together with little or no narration, and certainly not a lot of good info provided. An example was a long piece that showed F-16's flying in different scenarios while we listened to muddied transmissions between (I think) a pilot who was having trouble with is fighter and his wingman. Eventually we saw footage of a fighter on fire and the pilot ejecting. At no time was there any narration to explain what was happening. And many shots were repeated over and over again from disc to disc. Poor effort.

Too much 1980 and not enough 2006!!! by Fighter Modeller from Denver, CO
Pros: got to see more of these fighters than I ever had before Cons: all filmed in early parts of the testing/development. No modern day videos Review: Okay. I bought this from my local hobby shop. I have loved the F-14,15,16,18 for as long as they have been in US Military inventory. I especially looked forward to the disc on the F-16 since that is my all-time favorite plane! Now for the let-down. It isn't a total loss as far as I am concerned because as my inventory of media grows for videos about these fighters, I was dissapointed in that the video for 80+ percent of each DVD looks like it was filmed in the early to late 80's instead of current day. I realize that the F-14 retired in 2006 but I really thought there would be High Def shots at least some of the time and that's where my dissapointment lies. That and the fact that there is the cheesy 1970/80's educational film music in the background really irk'd me!
