So far so good by Earthbound Misfit from Atlanta GA USA
Pros: Does what I need it to do -- no complaints Cons: None Review: No problems to date. Sound and voice have been good. Radio check with my instructor has been 5x5. Only "issue" (if you can call it that) it that the mic picks up the wind noise from the air vent when I lean forward to check traffic ahead and to the left. Closing the vent does the trick -- not the fault of the headset by any means. Noise reduction is good, but not so much that you lose sense of the auditory cues the aircraft gives you. I think this is important -- especially to a student pilot like me who needs to learn to a "feel" for what the plane is telling you vice simply keeping my head too much inside the cockpit to read the "six pack".
In the future, I see this as a great second headset for passengers (read family); nothing wrong with this unit at all but I see some Bluetooth connectivity in the days ahead as I do more long distance cross country flights.

Great Headset by A Customer from Florida
Pros: Quiet, coimfortable, good looking Cons: No audio connection Review: Great headset. Quiet and comfortable. Took a leap in buying it and got very lucky. Flown with them for over a year without any complaint. I'm looking to step up and keep the Sigtronics S-68 for passengers but so far I can't find anything that will touch it for the money. Thumbs up.

This is a great headset! I recommend it. by Charlie from San Diego CA USA
Pros: Very quiet. No ear aches. No sore spot on the top of your head. Cons: Haven't found any yet. Review: This is my new favorite headset! Made in U.S.A. To look at it you would expect it to weigh in like brand D.C. Wrong. It's VERY light, gentle on the ears and the top of your head, and surprisingly quiet. The price is about one fourth (or less) of what you will pay for a top of the line noise-cancelling headset. The ear cups are made of gel, coverage is tight yet painless (at least for me) so it isolates your ears from most of the noise. I was surprised at the quiet. Unless you absolutely require noise cancellation, or think you do, buy this headset and save your money. Finally, black and gold looks much classier than stainless steel and pea green!

Sig #2 as good as Sig #1 by Stephen from Glenville NY USA
Pros: Good quality, reasonable price, comfortable to wear. Cons: Haven't found any yet. Review: Gave my Sig S-65 to my daughter as she works towards her ticket. Bought the Sig S-68 as I get back into the air and find the unit has the same high-level of quality as its predecessor. High-grade materials, solid construction, and excellent noise reduction for a non-ANR unit. Sound is clear and crisp, microphone responds quickly to voice and doesn't pick up engine noise. Excellent headset for the price. Highly recommended. I am a private pilot, SEL/VFR, "Fun Flyer".
