Multi-Engine Pilot Flight Maneuvers
The purpose of this manual is to help in the explanation, visualization and execution of the flight maneuvers required for the Private Pilot Practical Flight Test and Commercial Pilot Pratical Flight Test for Multi Engine Land. Students preparing for their oral and flight test will find this manual helpful. Any pilot preparing for a Biennial Flight Review (BFR), can use this manual as a refresher on maneuvers that you may not have executed in quite some time. Multi Engine Flight Instructor applicants and Certified Multi-Engine Flight Instructors will find this manual a beneficial teaching aid.
The manual breaks down each maneuver required on the Private Practical Test in six parts:
"Although the FAA's Practical Test Standards detail the maneuvers and
tolerances expected by an examiner during a flight test, they don't explain how
the maneuver should be performed. Now a manual from Aero Tech Publications
provides step-by-step procedures plus profiles."
"...provide practical simple carry-along guides for students going after
their private, commercial or instrument license."
"When it comes to studying the flight maneuvers required for the instrument
license there are few, if any, sources that codify and explain them in
step-by-step manner. Until now. Students will know what's expected of them and
more importantly, what determines successful completion of the maneuver, before
they take wing."
"As the FAA recommends, in the Fundamentals of Instruction, the best way to
prepare the student to perform a task is to provide a clear, step-by-step
example. The Flight Maneuver series gives the student the recommended patterns
to follow and is guaranteed to facilitate learning."
