Works nice
by Patrick from West Palm Beach FL USA

Pros: Nice
Cons: None
Review: Works nice. Plug it, use it. We have these plugs on a 737-800. Much cheaper than the ones from DC, much easier than building one by your own.

Not good quality
by A Customer from Aylesbury United Kingdom

Pros: Works now that I've fixed it myself
Cons: Terrible quality
Review: Product (headset adapter cable) arrived and didn't work. Opened up plug to find that one of the wires was still inside the cable and hadn't even been soldered onto the plug. Because I live in the UK I paid over $30 for delivery costs and another $20 by the UK postal service. Just not worth it.

Works as advertised.
by Brian from Shakopee MN USA

Review: Works as advertised. Now if Airbus would be standardized with other manufacturers.

Delivery of product and service as expected!
by Bill McGinnis from Medina OH USA

Review: This adapter makes my old plantronics boom mike headset compatible with my newer airplane, and extended the life of a $200 headset for fifty bucks. That is a great deal, anytime, and I did not have to re do molded earpieces unecessarily! Service was quick and I would use this web store again, as needed!

Does the job as advertised
by Heidi from Escondido CA USA

Pros: Works perfectly with the Bose headset.
Cons: See review above.
Review: I am giving this product 4 out of 5 stars only because it is difficult to insert and remove from the airplane's receptacle. Perhaps with time it will become easier.

Previous Customer Questions For Fixed Wing Headset to Airbus Adapter:
Ask Your Own Question
On Monday, April 06, 2009 a customer asked:
Q:
I have a plantronics MS200 headset that is has the standard two plugs for Boeing aircraft. Will this adapter work if I'm transitioning to Airbus 319/320? How come the Airbus plug/end is stainless/metallic gray in color? Is there any difference from the other adapters that have a black end/plug? Thanks.
A: This adapter will work as long as the Airbus has an XLR-5 connection. I am not certain why this adapter has a metallic connection however it should not be any different than other adapters that serve the same purpose.

On Sunday, February 08, 2009 a customer asked:
Q:
Hi, I have DC H10-13x headset and want to use it on ATR 72-500 aircraft....will this adapter work for me?
A: If the ATR 72-500 has a XLR connector for headset input, this should do the trick for you.

On Saturday, February 07, 2009 a customer asked:
Q:
I have a set of HME110's. Can I use the above adapter to conect them onto a A320?
A: Yes, this will adapt the Sennheiser HME110 to be used in an Airbus.

On Wednesday, December 31, 2008 a customer asked:
Q:
can i convert a Telex Airman 750 to use in an Airbus 310 using this adapter?
A: Yes, this adapter should work perfectly for that application.

On Tuesday, April 22, 2008 a customer asked:
Q:
I have a plantronics headset with a single PJ068 plug. Works on Boeing. Will this adapter work for me on the airbus? Only using a single plug?
A: This should work fine for you, but we have never tested it in that configuration.  If you order it, and for some reason it does not work, we will happily take it back for a full refund as stated in our return policy.

On Thursday, November 08, 2007 a customer asked:
Q:
With the General Aviation Headset to Airbus Adapter, how many pins on the airbus side.
A: There are 5 pins on the Airbus jack.
