Pros: works great Cons: none Review: Excellent battery. Much better than the one it came with. Plenty of power and lasts a long time between charges, especially if you do more listening than transmitting.

Do not hesitate and get it now! by Pablo from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Pros: Remarkable capacity Cons: None Review: Its charge lasts so long that simply can't be compared to the OEM NiCd battery. This battery is a must have.

Worthy Upgrade by Jason from Mansfield TX USA
Pros: High endurance, easy installation, no cell memory Cons: Existing Charger could be better. No indication when pack is ready Review: Scrap your old NiCad pack and go for this one. Outstanding endurance, exact replacement..just pull the old pack and install this one, no cell memory with NiMH...enough said.

Pros: Good, long battery life. Cons: None, none at all. Review: this is a great addition to the radio. It's dratted Ni-Cad lasted about 2 months before it developed a memory problem that limited it's capacity to about an hour, and the AA battery pack was so crappily constructed, it lasted through about 3 days of use before it became unusable.
