An excellent resource for review and understanding. by A Customer from Alexandria VA USA  Pros: A great review opportunity for those heading off for a technical interview. Cons: None. Review: A must have for the soon to be instrument rated pilot or a great review for the long-time professional aviator. Extremely descriptive almost to the point of too much information. However, too much information is often not enough when it comes to safely operating within the National Airspace System.
