I won't buy Van Heusen pilot shirts again!

Pros: Nice shirts if you are able to wear half size collars
Cons: Half the pilots in the country can't comfortably wear Van Heusen shirts.
Review: Van Heusen no longer makes pilot shirts with whole neck size. I wear a size 16 neck - 15 1/2 neck size is too tight & 16 1/2 is too loose. Because of this, I've quit buying Van Heusen & am now ordering my shirts from England, as are many of my fellow pilots.

Wrong size

Review: I learned that I need a made to order shirts with a 20 collar shirt & a smaller body that would go with a 17 size collar otherwise although the collar seze is close, the body is much too large for me. I plan to donate them to a local thrift store.

Comfortable, Well Made, and Reasonably Priced

Review: Shirt arrived quickly, fit well. "Wrinkle-free" finish was almost wrinkle free, but not quite. Shirt looks nice and professional and is comfortable even after long flights. Will definitely replace it with one just like it.

Review: I prefer pleated "pouch" pockets. I'm not tall, but the sleeves could/should have been about 1/2" longer for me. For professional pilot use, the neck could/should be about 1/2" looser. (I can't fit into a 16" neck size--it looks baggy on me.)

Do NOT buy this shirt

Review: The shirts fabric is paper thin. In the past when I bought this shirt from Van Heusen it felt like the fabric was thicker and would last. This shirt has no colar supports. It used to. This product was made very cheaply. I thought I was buying a quality product like the last batach of shirts from Van Heusen.
