Wednesday, October 05, 2011 I never received the Directory; only an update. by Matthew from St Augustine FL USA  Review: I did not receive the whole SE Directory--only an update or an installment drop shipped from Jeppeson. I called Jeppeson and left a voice mail but no call back. Meanwhile Jeppesson sent me 7 boxes of 100 units of a different directory that I did not order. Jeppeson got the ship to address wrong on that order because i did not order those 100 units. I informed Jeppeson of the error. I need to call MyPilot to see if they can help with the 1 volume of the SE Airport Directiry that I ordered.
